PHR Baseball will be playing as a patched Cal Ripken Baseball affiliate as part of the Central Dauphin Ripken charter in 2020. We will be playing by Ripken rules in a new league formed with fellow Central Dauphin Area baseball organizations: West Hanover, Paxtonia and Dauphin. Our league will be more compact geographically, chartered under a nationally recognized governing body, and will allow our players to play in a league against teams comprised of friends from the Central Dauphin School District.

Our mission is to actively promote physical well being, encourage teamwork, stress the value of fair play and sportsmanship, and provide essential life skills to young people in our community through youth baseball.  PHR Baseball encompasses Pleasant Hills, Ridgeview, and Devon Manor areas of Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. We are a private organization that is staffed and coached by volunteers.
